Our hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Child Support Services include:

Case Management

• Scheduling and administering paternity testing
• Establishing, enforcement and modification of child support orders
• Locate of payers and his/her financial assets
• Assistance with Voluntary Paternity Acknowledgment form
• Making referrals to assist in locating and securing employment

Financial Management

• Entering court order information and making adjustments as needed
• Collecting, recording and sending payments to WI SCTF
• Working with employers for income withholding orders

*All these services are at no cost to the participants except for the child support obligations.

Purpose/Mission:

The Sokaogon Chippewa Community Tribal Child Support Agency will help strengthen the children and families of the Community by identifying and connecting them with personal and financial resources. The Sokaogon Chippewa Community Tribal Child Support Agency is a community-based program to provide services to establish, modify and enforce child support court orders involving children and families of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community. The Tribal Council agrees that the children of the Community are among the Tribe's most valuable resources, and their financial needs must be met to ensure the Community's health and success in the future.
