SCC Homeowners Assistance Survey

The Tribe will receive a funding allocation for the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF), which was established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

This short survey will help us determine how much funds we will receive and how the funds may be distributed.

This is for all Tribal Members, and there are no location limits.

If you are not a homeowner or homebuyer, please do not fill out this survey.

Please complete this survey as soon as possible, as the data will determine the amount of funding received.

The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) was established under the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021.

HAF was established to address financial hardships associated with the Coronavirus pandemic by providing funds to eligible homeowners to prevent mortgage delinquencies, defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services. HAF can also help prevent displacements of homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020.
