Rural Partners Network: Progress Through Action Workshop

Adam VanZile, Economic Development Director, and Nicole Many Horses-Calvert, Tribal Executive Administrator, attended the Rural Partners Network (RPN): Wisconsin Progress Through ActionWorkshop on June 13th in Rothschild.

Lillian Salerno, Acting Deputy Under Secretary for RD, spoke about how RPN helps rural people build prosperity through job creation, infrastructure development and community improvement.

The workshop included business and a community development panel, a housing panel, grant writing and planning best practices, networking and more.

RPN was launched in April of 2022 and expanded the following November. In Wisconsin, there are five active Community Networks including Forest County.
