GLITEC’s Wisconsin Native Women’s Well-Being Survey

The Great Lakes Inter-Tribal Epidemiology Center (GLITEC) is seeking to gain valuable information from Native women in our communities and has created a survey to obtain a deeper understanding of Native women’s well-being. By completing the survey, you will help illustrate what physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health looks like for Native women. This includes people who identify as women, non-binary, non-gender conforming, or Two-Spirit.

The findings from the data collected from this survey will be implemented into focus groups and help communities learn how to best support our Native women. Please consider taking this short survey. Participants who are eligible can request a $25 gift card or free T-shirt upon completion. The survey will remain open through October 1st.
