COVID-19 Updates

As of 1/12/2022, there are 37 active Covid-19 cases among SCC Tribal Members, employees of the tribe, and members of the Mole Lake Community with a total of 75 in isolation/quarantine.
Since January 1st, we have identified 44 positive cases among these groups including 5 reinfections.

Prior to December 1st our breakthrough case rate was around 20%; in December that increased to 40%, and now in January we are experience 50% breakthrough cases.

Please Note:
We are experiencing an overwhelming amount of case loads and testing requests while operating on extremely limited staffing due to isolation/quarantine.

We ask that everyone please be patient and understand that the best measure to protect yourself continue to be washing your hands regularly, wearing a face mask if you go out in public, and getting vaccinated if you are able and haven’t already done so.
