Health Clinic Welcomes Kim Schnappup

My name is Kim Schnappup. I am pleased to introduce myself to the Sokaogon Chippewa Community as your new Purchased Referred Care Coordinator.

For those of you that do not already know me, I have been a long time resident of Forest County. My husband and I both grew up in the West Bend area, but longed for a chance to live in the Northwoods. In 2001, we sold our home and “took a chance” by moving our family to Crandon. I have been happily married to my husband Siegfried for 29 years. We have three children, and six wonderful grandchildren.

The major part of my past work experience has been in clinical healthcare and claim adjudication. Out of my 20 plus years of employment in the healthcare field, 13 of those years were held in a Tribal environment, so I understand the challenges of meeting the healthcare needs of a Tribal Community.

I look forward to meeting each of you personally. Purchased Referred Care Services are offered at the Sokaogon Chippewa Clinic during normal business hours – 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

My door is always open!
