Brighter Days - Waaseyagiizhig

Brighter Days is a dual agency program: Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.

Brighter Days provides emergency shelter and advocacy services for individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and victims of crime. Services provided include advocacy in the following areas: safety planning, restraining orders, legal/court accompaniment, and medical.

We offer support and resources for victims and their children affected by domestic violence, sexual abuse, and/or are a victim of crime.

These services are offered in a secure building. There is private space for each family, one-on-one support, advocacy, case management, and transportation.

Hours of Operation: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
